Three Top Executives Continue Growing WestStar in Expanded Roles

On February 1, El Paso-based WestStar announced that three of its top executives have expanded their leadership roles. L. Frederick “Rick” Francis is executive chairman; David W. Osborn is president and chief executive officer; and Lisa J. Saenz is now chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Their guidance in these new roles will continue to aid WestStar in remaining an active economic driver in the vibrant Borderplex region.

During their tenure, WestStar has become the leading commercial bank in the region. The bank reports more than $2.6 billion in assets and employs more than 330 team members in branches stretching from Fabens, Texas, to Las Cruces, New Mexico. WestStar’s services have extended beyond banking, including treasury management, wealth management, title, and insurance.
