Texas Security Bank Relocating to Prestonwood Tower

September 28, 2023

Dallas-based Texas Security Bank will be moving to the Prestonwood Tower later this fall to increase visibility and streamline operations. This decision supports the levels of growth the bank has seen this year and the anticipated plan for growth. The bank will occupy a 4,333-square-foot office space on the fifth floor and establish a 7,614-square-foot branch on the tower’s first floor, located near Belt Line Rd. and the North Texas Tollway.

Thirty-five to 40 employees, including the bank’s credit administration and loan administration teams, will initially work from the new office space. Lenders and branch treasury personnel will also operate from the new location, with room for further expansion.

“We’re thrilled to capitalize on this opportunity, leveraging our move to not only enhance our visibility but also establish a more consolidated and commanding operational presence at Prestonwood Tower,” says Craig Scheef, CEO.

Texas Security Bank will display its branding on the north side of the Prestonwood Tower, facing southbound Tollway traffic.

Established in 2008, Texas Security Bank has offices in Garland, Dallas, Farmers Branch and Southlake.
