On April 10, Dallas-based Texas Security Bank announced the grand opening of its new location in Southlake. The Tarrant County location is the bank’s fourth branch in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as it seeks to grow its presence in the region. The branch is located at 2102 E. State Hwy. 114, Ste. 109, in the District 114 building at Kimball Park. Texas Security Bank occupies 4,721 square feet of space in total, with executive offices on the second floor and an ATM in the lobby. The building amenities include an upstairs overlook room for celebrations.
The bank will host a grand opening celebration from 4 to 7 p.m. on May 2 at the new Southlake location. A reception will be held on the fourth floor. Those interested in attending should RSVP for the event.
Texas Security Bank’s Southlake team will be led by Craig Scheef, CEO, and Drew Keith, president, alongside Jamie Britton, CFO and COO, and John Levinski, senior vice president of commercial real estate lending.
“Our commitment to developing top-notch bankers from within and growing our presence in the community is unwavering,” Keith says. “Relocating my family to the Southlake area and opening another location demonstrates our dedication to the mission. Our company culture and proactive stance on growth will enable us to hit $2.5 to $3 billion in assets in the next five years.”
With strong relationships and investors in Southlake, Scheef is focused on building the bank’s capital base. “We believe that the community helps businesses succeed, and many of its residents align well with our customer base at the bank,” he notes. “We look forward to serving Southlake and continuing to live and breathe our mission to elevate the champions of free enterprise.”
Established in 2008, Texas Security Bank has offices in Garland, Dallas, Farmers Branch and Southlake.
