Sola Opeola has joined Dallas-based Texas Capital Bank’s legal services team as executive vice president/deputy general counsel. She brings more than 15 years of experience to the bank. She previously served for three years as associate general counsel at USAA and prior to that was general counsel and company secretary at the BUA Group.
Opeola earned a Bachelor of Law degree from Obafemi Awolowo University in Nigeria, an MBA degree from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Master of Law degree from Harvard University.
Established in 1998, Texas Capital Bank has offices in Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Fort Worth.
