The Texas Bankers Foundation, the charitable arm of the Texas Bankers Association (TBA), has announced the 14 recipients of its 2021 Emerging Leader Awards. Each banker was chosen for his/her outstanding qualities by the president, CEO or chair of a TBA-member banking institution. Launched in 2019 by the Texas Bankers Foundation in collaboration with the Bank Leadership Council, the Emerging Leader Award honors bankers who have positively impacted the banking industry and represent the best values of Texas community banking.
The winners of the 2021 Emerging Leader Award:

- Rob Mansfield, Amarillo National Bank
- Jennifer Mauck, Frontier Bank of Texas, Elgin
- Alexis Michael, SouthStar Bank, Leander
- Ben Parkey, Texas Security Bank, Dallas
- Stacey Teague, Citizens State Bank, Somerville
- Crystal Wagoner, FirstCapital Bank of Texas, Midland
- Reed Williams, Brady National Bank, Brady
- Reid Winger, Legend Bank, Fort Worth
The 14 bankers selected will be celebrated at the Texas Bankers Association’s 136th Annual Convention in Austin during a special awards luncheon on August 26.
