Texas Bank Promotes Wilde in Trust Division and Knight in Commercial Lending

February 13, 2025

San Angelo-based Texas Bank recently announced two promotions.

Grant Wilde has been promoted to assistant vice president of trust. Prior to joining Texas Bank, he served for four years as a computer science instructor at Angelo State University. He holds a double-major degree in mathematics and computer science from Angelo State University and earned his MS degree in computer science from Texas A&M University. Wilde also completed the Texas Trust School at Southern Methodist University, sponsored by the Texas Bankers Association.

Garrett Knight has been promoted to assistant vice president of consumer lending. He began his career at Texas Bank in January 2023 as a loan assistant for the commercial and consumer lending divisions. Knight earned a BS degree in animal science from Angelo State University.

Established in 1963, Texas Bank operates three locations in San Angelo.
