Texas Bank Promotes Ringer and Peterson in San Angelo

May 29, 2024

San Angelo-based Texas Bank announced two promotions in April.

Cindy Ringer has been promoted from senior vice president/cashier to executive vice president/cashier at the bank’s main branch. She recently celebrated her 25th year with Texas Bank. She joined the bank as a branch manager in 1998, was promoted to vice president in 2014, then to vice president/cashier in 2016 and then to senior vice president/cashier in 2019. Ringer is a member of Sunrise Rotary and serves as treasurer of the San Angelo Prayer Breakfast.

Katherine Peterson was promoted to assistant vice president of trust. She previously served as a trust administrator. She joined the bank in 2000 as a trust operations clerk and was soon promoted to trust administrator before taking on her new role. Peterson received her bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA degree from Angelo State University. She also completed Texas Trust School training in 2023.

Established in 1963, Texas Bank operates three branches in San Angelo.
