Swift and McCage Hired by NBT Financial Bank

August 3, 2023

Fort Worth-based NBT Financial Bank has announced two new hires.

Mark Swift has been hired as an assistant vice president/credit analyst. He most recently served as assistant vice president/consumer lender at First Financial Bank. He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an MBA degree, both from Tarleton State University.

Shawn McCage has joined NBT Financial Bank as first vice president, branch manager and lender at the bank’s new Willow Park location. During her career, she has worked at BBVA Compass, Southside Bank and most recently at First Financial Bank and has held various positions, including branch manager and vice president of consumer lending. McCage earned her bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University.

Established in 1973, NBT Financial Bank operates four branches in Fort Worth, Azle, Burleson and Hurst.
