Cuero-based TrustTexas Bank has promoted Charlotte Styra to vice president/human resource manager. She will manage all aspects of employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
Styra brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this position, having held various leadership roles within the HR department at TrustTexas Bank. She has been instrumental in driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work environment and implementing strategic HR initiatives that have contributed to the bank’s growth and success.
