On June 11, associates from Tyler-based Southside Bank, members of the Jasper Chamber of Commerce and community leaders gathered for a ribbon cutting and celebration of the bank’s newly renovated and expanded Jasper branch located at 275 W. Gibson St.
The full-service branch offers a large, modern lobby with additional office space, a large conference area and more safe deposit boxes. The Gibson Street opening comes after Southside Bank closed its original Jasper location at the intersection of Austin and Lamar streets.
We have been part of the Jasper community for many years,” notes Sheila Woods, branch manager. “This newly remodeled branch hopefully shows our neighbors the strength and soundness of Southside Bank and our readiness to continue providing exceptional service to our customers, as well as our stance to continue supporting our community.”
