Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Board of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC):

Charters

The TDB reports that Texas Traditions Bank, based in Katy, has opened for business.

Branches

The OCC reports that First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, has applied to establish a branch at 6801 S. Broadway Ave. in Tyler.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Citizens National Bank, based in Cameron, to relocate a branch from 201 W. Palm Valley Blvd. in Round Rock to 110 S. Mays in Round Rock.

The OCC reports that Cendera Bank NA, based in Bells, has established a branch at 110 N. College Ave., Ste. 402, in Tyler.
