Regulatory Actions

Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Board of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC):

September 15–21, 2024

Branches

The OCC reports that Broadway National Bank, based in San Antonio, has established a branch at 8333 Douglas Ave., Ste. 100, in Dallas.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Home Bank NA, based in Lafayette, Louisiana, to establish a branch at 110 Vintage Park Blvd., Ste. 100, in Houston.

The OCC reports that it has approved applications by First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, to establish the following branches: 10718 Potranco Rd. in San Antonio and 4100 S. New Braunfels in San Antonio.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, based in Columbus, Ohio, to establish a branch at the southwest corner of S. Clack Rd. and Buffalo Gap Rd. in Abilene.

The OCC reports that Guaranty Bank & Trust NA, based in Mt. Pleasant, has relocated a branch from 120 W. 8th St. in Georgetown to 624 S. Austin Ave. in Georgetown.

The TDB reports that NBT Financial Bank, based in Fort Worth, has established a branch at 200 Shops Blvd. in Willow Park.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, to establish a branch at 18530 W. Airport Blvd. in Richmond.

The TDB reports that Southside Bank, based in Tyler, has applied to establish a branch at 3701 FM 4 in Granbury.
