Rivera Promoted to Assistant Vice President/Credit Underwriting at Western Heritage Bank

February 5, 2023

Nathan RiveraLas Cruces, New Mexico-based Western Heritage Bank has promoted Nathan Rivera to assistant vice president/credit underwriting.

“Nathan has been an asset to our team for several years and we are pleased to promote him to this new role,” says Greg Cory, president and CEO. “We are grateful to have him as part of our banking community.”

A native El Pasoan, Rivera served 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and Marine Corps Reserve, after which he returned home to attend the University of Texas–El Paso. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics and began his professional career at Western Heritage Bank as a credit analyst.

Established in 2001, Western Heritage Bank operates locations in El Paso, as well as New Mexico banking offices in Las Cruces and Deming.
