March 13–19, 2022

Mergers and Acquisitions

The TDB reports that MapleMark Bank, based in Dallas, has applied to merge with Oakwood Bank, based in Dallas.

The TDB reports that Wallis Bank, based in Wallis, has applied to establish a branch at 3350 Steve Reynolds Blvd. in Duluth, Georgia.

Home Offices

The TDB reports that Capital Bank of Texas has applied to relocate its home office from 2105 N. 1st St. in Carrizo Springs to 4301 Westbank Dr., Suite 100C, in Austin.

Branches

The OCC reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association, based in Columbus, Ohio, has established a branch at 1000 E. Basse Rd. in San Antonio.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Woodforest National Bank, based in The Woodlands, to establish a branch at 800 S. Hwy. 287 in Decatur.

The OCC reports that it has approved applications by First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, to relocate the following branches: from 5235 Aldine Mail Rd. in Houston to 12403 Eastex Fwy. in Houston; and from 509 Pecan St., Ste. 201, in Fort Worth to 500 E. 4th St., Ste. 200, in Fort Worth.

The OCC reports that Amerant Bank National Association, based in Coral Gables, Florida, has applied to relocate a branch from 3200 S. Shepherd Dr. in Houston to 2555 W. Holcombe Blvd. in Houston.

The TDB reports that Houston Bank of Commerce & Trust, based in Houston, has applied for a state bank charter.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Sunflower Bank National Association, based in Denver, Colorado, to acquire Pioneer Bank SSB, based in Austin.

Branches

The OCC reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association, based in Columbus, Ohio, has applied to establish a branch at the southwest corner of FM 1488 and Spur 149 Rd. in Magnolia.

The OCC reports that it has approved applications by Woodforest National Bank, based in The Woodlands, to establish the following branches: 10750 Westview Dr. in Houston; and 13663 FM 1488 in Magnolia.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Gilmer National Bank, based in Gilmer, to establish a branch at 5848 Judson Rd., Ste. 101, in Longview.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Bank of the West, based in Grapevine, to establish a branch at 7401 FM 2147 in Horseshoe Bay.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Bank of South Texas, based in McAllen, to establish a branch at 320 E. University Dr. in Edinburg.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, based in Columbus, Ohio, to establish a branch at the southwest corner of W. Gray St. and Woodhead St. in Houston.

The OCC reports that Bank of America NA, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, has applied to establish a branch at 2211 FM 663 in Midlothian.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by First National Bank of Hereford, based in Hereford, to establish a branch at 8700 FM 2219 in Amarillo.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Bank of Brenham NA, based in Brenham, to establish a branch at 3030 University Dr., Ste. 200, in College Station.
