Dallas-based PlainsCapital Bank announced that Greg Burleigh, CTFA, CWS, has joined The Private Bank at PlainsCapital as senior vice president/senior wealth management administrator. He will be based at the bank’s Hilltop Plaza location in Dallas.
Burleigh brings nearly three decades of experience in fiduciary and wealth management services. Prior to joining PlainsCapital Bank, he served as senior vice president/senior relationship advisor at Northern Trust Wealth Management in Dallas, where he specialized in managing complex fiduciary accounts, guiding high-profile client relationships and working with families to meet their personal and financial goals. His career also includes 20 years at PNC Private Bank and its predecessors in various roles, including senior fiduciary advisor, trust regional manager and senior trust specialist. Prior to that, he spent six years at Bank One, for which he served as assistant vice president and trust officer, among other positions.
Burleigh holds an MBA degree from the University of Texas–Arlington and a BS degree in finance from the University of Louisiana. He is a certified trust and fiduciary advisor (CTFA) and certified wealth strategist (CWS), and he has served on the board of governors for the Dallas Estate Planning Council.
PlainsCapital Bank also announced that Lindsey Fox has rejoined the bank as vice president/commercial loan officer. She will be based at PlainsCapital Bank’s Aledo/Willow Park branch in Willow Park.
Fox brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial lending and credit analysis. She previously served at PlainsCapital Bank from 2006 to 2020 as assistant vice president/senior credit analyst. Most recently, she was vice president/commercial lender at Community National Bank & Trust of Texas. Prior to that, Fox served as vice president/credit department manager at First Bank Texas, leading the credit analyst team and implementing underwriting standards for commercial and consumer loans.
Fox holds a BBA degree in general business with a minor in finance from Stephen F. Austin State University and an associate of arts degree from Weatherford College.
