Larry Allen, CEO and chairman of Lubbock-based Peoples Bank, has announced the promotion of Tiffany Willhelm to banking officer. She has been with Peoples Bank for three years and serves as staff accountant. She was born and raised in Monahans and graduated from Monahans High School.
Established in 1968, Peoples Bank has 12 locations serving West Texas, North Central Texas and the Texas Panhandle.
