The OCC reports that PNC Bank National Association, based in Wilmington, Delaware, has established the following branches: 660 N. Main Ave. in San Antonio; 407 S. Commerce St. in Harlingen; 10456 Montwood Dr. in El Paso; 512 N. Organ in El Paso; 600 Matamoros St. in Laredo; 2101 S. 10th St. in McAllen; and 800 E. Tom Landry St. in Mission.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by R Bank, based in Round Rock, to establish a branch at 451 University Dr. in Fort Worth.
