Regulatory Actions

Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Board of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC):

November 29–December 5, 2020

Branches

The OCC reports that PNC Bank National Association, based in Wilmington, Delaware, has applied to establish a branch at 3311 E. Broad St., Ste. 101, in Mansfield.

The OCC reports that Lone Star National Bank, based in Pharr, has applied to establish a branch at 3100 N. Indiana Ave. in Brownsville.

The TDB reports that First State Bank, based in Graham, has applied to establish a branch at 1220 N. Main St. in Jacksboro.

The TDB and the FRBD report that Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, has applied to establish a branch at 20002 NW Fwy. in Houston.

The FRBD reports that Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, has applied to establish a branch at 11839 Culebra Rd. in San Antonio.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Keystone Bank National Association, based in Austin, to relocate a branch from 1717 W. 6th St. in Austin to 507 Pressler St., Ste. 400, in Austin.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Zions Bancorporation National Association, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, to relocate a branch from 3014 Monticello in Dallas to 3100 Monticello in Dallas.
