Fort Worth-based NBT Financial Bank announced a promotion and a new hire in May.
Donna Haisler has joined the bank as first vice president/HR manager. She has been in banking for more than 36 years. She previously served as chief operating officer at Providence Bank and, prior to that, at Southwest Securities FSB. Haisler earned a BBA degree from the University of Texas–Arlington.
Nicholas Pushee has been promoted to assistant vice president/credit analyst. He has been with NBT Financial Bank since 2022 and has a BSBA degree from Oklahoma State University.
Established in 1973, NBT Financial Bank serves Fort Worth, Azle, Burleson and Hurst with four branches.
