Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Board of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC):

May 26–June 1, 2024

Branches

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, based in Columbus, Ohio, to establish a branch at the northeast corner of N. Grove Blvd. and N. Hwy. 77 in Waxahachie.

The OCC reports that MidFirst Bank, based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has established a branch at 2330 Loop 1604 W in San Antonio.
