The OCC reports that Texas Heritage National Bank, based in Daingerfield, has applied to establish a branch at 4801 Spring Valley Rd., Ste. 110, in Farmers Branch.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Plains State Bank, based in Humble, to establish a branch at 5452 Hwy. 105, Ste. 100, in Conroe.

The TDB reports that Falcon International Bank, based in Laredo, has applied to establish a branch at 134 S. U.S. Hwy. 83 in Zapata.

The TDB reports that The First State Bank, based in Abernathy, has applied to establish a branch at 100 E. Hamilton St. in Stamford.
