Luke Joins Texas Bank and Trust as Chief Risk Officer

Scottie Luke has joined the staff of Longview-based Texas Bank and Trust Co. as senior vice president/chief risk officer. He is a certified community bank compliance officer and certified community bank internal auditor, and in 2019 completed the training and examinations required to be a certified fraud examiner. Luke holds a BA degree in finance from Texas A&M University–Commerce. He is a volunteer with United Way of Smith County and a member of Dayspring United Methodist Church in Tyler.

Established in 1958, Texas Bank and Trust Co. operates 20 full-service branches throughout East Texas and the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
