On August 7, Choudrant, Louisiana-based Origin Bank announced the opening of its Northwest Freeway banking center in Houston, located at the intersection of W. 34th St. and Hwy. 290. The new location marks the bank’s entry into Houston’s Northwest corridor and is the 10th banking center Origin Bank has opened in the Houston area since entering the market a decade ago.
Juan Betancourt, banking center manager, and his team will assist customers with their personal and business banking needs including retail and commercial banking, deposit services and commercial lending support.
“Opening this banking center is one of the many ways Origin continues to strengthen our service and build new relationships throughout the community,” says Carmen Jordan, Houston regional president. “Juan and his team are excited to bring the Origin experience to more individuals and businesses within Greater Houston.”
Established in 1912, Origin Bank operates more than 60 banking centers located in Dallas/Fort Worth, East Texas, Houston, North Louisiana and Mississippi.
