Lamar National Bank Breaks Ground on Anna Location

March 15, 2022

Paris-based Lamar National Bank recently broke ground on its newest full-service branch in Anna located at 1515 W. White St. The ground-breaking ceremony was well attended by Anna city officials, including the mayor and mayor pro tem, as well as numerous additional officials and business leaders, including the Anna Chamber of Commerce.

Lamar National Bank Anna locationLamar National Bank will open a temporary facility on-site to serve area customers while construction of the new branch is underway. The temporary location is expected to open in April 2022. Completion of the 4,800-square-foot building is expected by the end of 2022.

“Anna is a very exciting location for us. Located between McKinney and Sherman, it is experiencing incredible growth as a result of foresight and leadership in the community,” says Greg Wilson, CEO. “It will also be the beneficiary of Texas Instruments’ massive $30 billion expansion in Grayson County.”

Established in 1981, Lamar National Bank has locations in Reno, Celina, Northlake, College Station and Frisco.
