Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Board of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC):

Branches

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Amarillo National Bank, based in Amarillo, to establish a branch at 12103 Quaker Ave. in Lubbock.

The TDB reports that North Dallas Bank & Trust Co., based in Dallas, has applied to establish a branch at 671 State St. in Southlake.
