Regulatory Actions

Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Board of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC):

July 19–25, 2020

Mergers and Acquisitions

The OCC reports that First National Bank Texas, based in Killeen, has applied to acquire Fort Hood National Bank, based in Fort Hood.

Branches

The OCC reports that PNC Bank National Association, based in Wilmington, Delaware, has established the following branches: 8445 N. Belt Line Rd., Ste. 100, in Irving; and 2000 Hughes Landing Blvd., Ste. F100, in The Woodlands.

The OCC reports that it has approved an application by Wells Fargo Bank National Association, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, to establish a branch at 1319 Kingwood Dr. in Kingwood.

The OCC reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association, based in Columbus, Ohio, has applied to establish a branch at the southwest corner of US 380 and Beauchamp Blvd. in Princeton.
