The OCC reports that it has approved applications by Texas National Bank, based in Mercedes, to establish the following branches: 1409 E. Ridge Rd. in McAllen and 1414 FM 802 (Ruben Torres) in Brownsville.

The TDB reports that Vantage Bank Texas, based in San Antonio, has applied to establish a branch at 5151 San Felipe, Ste. 730, in Houston.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Vista Bank, based in Dallas, to establish a branch at 3225 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Dallas.
