On November 21, Jacksonville-based Austin Bank and the Conroe/Lake Conroe Area Chambers of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the new full-service banking center in Montgomery. The ceremony was well attended by both chambers and business leaders, the Austin Bank leadership team and employees, along with associates from the SLI Group Inc. of Houston, the new building’s architect and general contractor.
The new 4,472 square-foot Austin Bank office is located at 18405 TX-105 and is under the leadership of Jed Crow Jr., market president, and Leigh Gilland, retail office manager.
“We are extremely pleased with the leadership of Jed and Leigh,” says Jeff Austin III, chair. “They have established a strong team committed to providing an excellent customer experience for our friends and neighbors. As a community bank, it is how we have always served and always will.”
Established in 1900, Austin Bank has banking offices in 38 Texas locations within 26 cities and 14 counties. Austin Bank is locally owned and operated by the Austin family, which is celebrating 114 years of service in the Texas banking industry.
