Perryton-based Interstate Bank recently announced that Shelly McCutchen has been promoted to executive vice president/head of operations and board secretary. She joined the bank 24 years ago and has worked in various positions.

“Shelly’s a total team player, always willing and able to go above the call of duty and has earned the respect of her coworkers by always being willing to help,” says Danny Skarda, chairman and CEO.

“I am blessed to work for such a great organization where I have gained many lasting relationships and friendships with customers and co-workers,” McCutchen notes. “I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for the support, guidance and encouragement received from family, John Cluck, David Bergin, the board of directors and current management along the way. I am looking forward to many more years with Interstate Bank.”

Established in 1958, Interstate Bank serves the Texas Panhandle with locations in Perryton and Amarillo.
