Gulf Capital Bank Appoints Pamarco Technologies’ CEO Li to Board of Directors

January 1, 2025

Allan LiIn October, Houston-based Gulf Capital Bank announced that Allan Li, CEO of Pamarco Technologies LLC, has joined the bank’s board of directors.

Pamarco Technologies is an industrial manufacturing company that supplies and services major multinational integrated packaging suppliers and OEM firms worldwide. Li also serves as a managing director and board member of Kotts Capital Holdings, a private investment company.

“It is a privilege having Allan serve on our board of directors and I know I speak for all of our directors and fellow bankers that we look forward to working with Allan for many years to come,” says J. Downey Bridgwater, Gulf Capital Bank chair and CEO.

Li holds an MBA degree from Tulane University and a BS degree in finance and marketing from Indiana University. He is an active member of Young Presidents’ Organization.

“As a member of the business community and early investor in Gulf Capital Bank, I’ve seen first-hand the need for a relationship-focused bank like GCB in Houston,” Li says.

Gulf Capital Bank was established in 2020.
