Guaranty Bank & Trust Hires Harrison-Peña as Senior Vice President/Commercial Lender

Ashley Harrison-PeñaAshley Harrison-Peña has been hired to serve as senior vice president/commercial lender at Mount Pleasant-based Guaranty Bank & Trust. She has more than 15 years of banking experience, including underwriting, portfolio management and lending. As a commercial lender, she has experience in various lending areas, including health care, commercial real estate, commercial construction, nonprofit and commercial and industrial lending.

Harrison-Peña graduated from Sam Houston State University, earning a BBA degree in finance and banking financial institutions. She continued her education at Sam Houston State University, earning her MBA degree in banking and financial institutions. Harrison-Peña enjoys donating her time to organizations within Montgomery County, including the Rotary Club of Lake Conroe, for which she served on the board as co-treasurer,  president and past president/foundation chair. She also served as chair of the Rotary Youth Leadership Award. She is an active member of the Conroe/Lake Conroe Chamber of Commerce. Harrison-Peña is also a graduate of Leadership Montgomery County.

Established in 1913, Guaranty Bank & Trust operates more than 30 branches in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, East Texas, Central Texas and the Houston region.
