Frost Bank Opens Two More Financial Centers in 28-branch Dallas Expansion

December 13, 2022

San Antonio-based Frost Bank’s Central Plano and Northwest Dallas locations—the seventh and eighth of 28 new financial centers to open in the bank’s Dallas region expansion—are open for business. The Central Plano branch opened on November 14 and the Northwest Dallas branch opened on the morning of December 12.

A 154-year-old bank with deep Texas roots, Frost Bank operates 165 financial centers across Texas, including 22 in the Dallas region. The new financial centers, like the other locations in Frost Bank’s recent expansions, offer innovative design features, including a welcoming greeter station where bankers can assist customers with making a deposit and withdrawal, answer account questions, open an account or apply for a loan. Though contemporary in design, the new facilities also include a number of unique design elements that reflect the bank’s local heritage and evoke the Lone Star State spirit. Historic state maps and black-and-white photos of Texas line the walls.

Frost Bank will celebrate the new Central Plano and Northwest Dallas locations with ribbon-cutting events at an upcoming date.

Established in 1868, Frost Bank reports $52.9 billion in assets as of September 30. Its markets include the Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Permian Basin, Rio Grande Valley and San Antonio regions.
