San Antonio-based Frost Bank’s expansion in the Dallas and Houston regions continues unabated. The company has opened four new locations just in the past two months:
- The bank’s first location in Irving opened for business on March 20;
- A branch in the River Oaks section of Houston opened on April 10, replacing a previous Frost Bank location there;
- On April 17, the bank opened in Flower Mound; and
- The bank’s Far North Dallas financial center opened on April 24.
With these additions, Frost Bank currently operates 30 locations in the Dallas region and 56 in the Houston region.
The new financial centers include Frost Bank’s innovative design features, including a welcoming greeter station where bankers answer account questions for customers or assist them with making a deposit or withdrawal, opening an account or applying for a loan. Though contemporary in design, the new facilities also include a number of unique design elements that reflect Frost Bank’s local heritage and evoke the Texas spirit. Historic state maps and black-and-white photos of Texas line the walls.
Established in 1868, Frost Bank operates 174 financial centers across Texas. Its major markets include the Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Permian Basin, Rio Grande Valley and San Antonio regions.
