First State Bank of Uvalde has promoted Roxanne Hernandez from senior vice president to executive vice president/director of retail operations. The promotion was announced by Chad D. Stary, president and CEO. Hernandez’s primary focus will be on deposit growth and delivering exceptional service. She has been with First State Bank of Uvalde for 15 years.
“[Roxanne] oversees a large portion of our staff and promotes the bank’s culture in customer service daily,” Stary says.
Established in 1907, First State Bank of Uvalde operates eight branches in Central and South Texas.
