Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Board of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC):

Branches

The OCC reports that American National Bank & Trust, based in Wichita Falls, has established a branch at 5310 Forest Lane in Dallas.

The OCC reports that VeraBank National Association, based in Henderson, has applied to establish a branch at 1695 N. U.S. Hwy. 183 in Leander.

The TDB reports that American State Bank, based in Arp, has applied to establish a branch at 1700 N. Loop 336 W in Conroe.

The TDB reports that One World Bank, based in Dallas, has applied to establish a branch at 26797 U.S. Hwy. 380 in Aubrey.
