Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Board of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC):

Branches

The OCC reports that Trustmark National Bank, based in Jackson, Mississippi, has applied to establish a branch at 1070 Evergreen Circle, Ste. 100, in The Woodlands.

The TDB reports that West Texas State Bank, based in Snyder, has applied to establish a branch at 4803 Plaza Blvd., Ste. 802, in Odessa.
