Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Board of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC):

Home Offices

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by TXN Bank, based in Hondo, to relocate its home office from 1502 Ave. M in Hondo 103 19th St. in Hondo.

Branches

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Frost Bank, based in San Antonio, to establish a branch at 3620 W. University Dr. in McKinney.

The TDB reports that Wallis Bank, based in Wallis, has applied to relocate a branch from 10055 Almeda Genoa, Ste. 100, in Houston to 4805 E. Sam Houston Pkwy., Ste. 100, in Pasadena.
