Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Board of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC):

December 27, 2020–January 2, 2021

Branches

The OCC reports that Wells Fargo Bank National Association, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has applied to establish a branch at 24531 IH10 W in San Antonio.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Lakeside Bank, based in Rockwall, to establish a branch at 5950 Berkshire Ln., Ste. 825, in Dallas.
