Dallas Fed Names Bethel Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Pamela BethelThe Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has appointed Pamela E. Bethel senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, effective May 19. As general counsel, she will have general supervision of the bank’s legal department. As corporate secretary, she will work closely with the bank’s board of directors and advisory council members.

Bethel served as senior vice president and enterprise shared services counsel at the United Services Automobile Association (USAA). Prior to joining USAA in 2011, she served in legal counsel roles at several organizations, including Jackson Lewis PC, Blockbuster Inc., Office Depot and Frito-Lay Inc.

Bethel holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College and a juris doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law.
