City Bank Welcomes Avila to El Paso Commercial Lending Team as Senior Vice President

Armando R. AvilaArmando R. Avila has joined Lubbock-based City Bank as a senior vice president on the commercial lending team in El Paso. He comes to the job with more than 20 years of experience in community banking. His expertise in commercial lending involves work in real estate, construction and industrial.

Avila graduated from the University of Texas–Austin with a BBA degree in finance and economics. He also holds an MBA degree from the University of Texas–El Paso. An El Paso native, Avila currently serves as a board member for Project Vida and the Center Against Sexual and Family Violence.

Established in 1941, City Bank has more than 25 branches across Texas, as well as one location in Ruidoso, New Mexico.
