Lee Carter has been promoted to assistant vice president and portfolio manager in Longview-based Texas Bank and Trust’s Forney branch. He served in the U.S. Army with the 101st Airborne Division from 2009 to 2012, and began his banking career at the conclusion of his enlistment. Carter joined Texas Bank and Trust in 2015 and in 2017 was named a credit analyst. He holds a BBA degree in finance and an MBA degree, both from the University of Texas–Tyler. Carter currently serves as treasurer for the Forney Lions Club.
