Cacurak Joins Veritex Bank as Managing Director of Commercial Banking in Dallas/Fort Worth

Doug CacurakDallas-based Veritex Bank has hired Doug Cacurak to serve as managing director of commercial banking for the bank’s Dallas/Fort Worth market.

Cacurak brings 30 years of experience to his new role. Prior to joining Veritex Bank, he was senior vice president/group sales executive at PNC Bank in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. He has also held executive leadership positions at First Citizens Bank, Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, Washington Mutual and Compass Bank.

Cacurak earned his BBA degree in international business and MBA degree in accounting and finance from the University of Texas–San Antonio. He is also a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association’s Executive Banking School. Cacurak is a certified commercial banking and credit analyst.

Established in 2004, Veritex Bank operates more than 30 locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, Houston region and East Texas.
