Baum Joins Lamar National Bank as Commercial Lender, Cobb Appointed Vice President of Loan Operations/BSA Officer

H. Gregory Wilson, president and CEO of Paris-based Lamar National Bank, recently announced the following appointments.

Alicia BaumAlicia Baum has joined the bank as vice president/commercial lender. She will assist with Lamar National Bank’s expansion into the Plano/Frisco area. She brings 13 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisition, commercial construction, working capital lines of credit, equipment and asset-based lending.

“Since coming on board in March, Alicia has been instrumental in introducing and developing key customer relationships,” Wilson says. “Additionally, she has helped drive the culture we have strived to create. She is a dynamo and we are thrilled to have her.”

Crystal CobbCrystal Cobb has been appointed vice president of loan operations/BSA officer. She has more than 20 years of experience in banking operations and previously served as vice president of credit and operation administration at Tejas Bank. Cobb brings a wealth of knowledge in operational process development and regulatory compliance.

Established in 1981, Lamar National Bank operates branches in Paris, Reno and Celina, as well as a de novo in Northlake. It reports assets of $260 million.
