Bank of San Angelo/First National Bank of Ballinger has hired Carter Matlock to serve as assistant vice president. She brings extensive experience in banking and agricultural lending to her new role. A Brady native, Matlock is a Texas Tech University Red Raider who studied science, agriculture and applied economics. She earned her master’s degree in agribusiness.
The First National Bank of Ballinger was established in 1886. In 2004, it opened a branch location to serve San Angelo and Tom Green County under the name Bank of San Angelo.
