Austin Bank Promotes Cox and Lacy

November 30, 2021

Misty Cox has been promoted to vice president and senior treasury management officer at Jacksonville-based Austin Bank. She joined the bank as a sales representative for the treasury management team in 2020. She brought with her 20 years of sales experience and works out of the bank’s Lufkin office. A native of Nacogdoches, Cox earned a degree in marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University. She is an active member of her community, working with the Nacogdoches Junior Forum and Nacogdoches Chamber of Commerce.

Staci Lacy was promoted to assistant vice president and loan review/compliance analyst. She joined Austin Bank as a teller in Longview in 2012 and then worked as a loan operations administrative assistant and escrow and valuation administrative assistant in the same office before transitioning to a real estate valuation specialist. She was promoted to banking officer in 2019. Lacy is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University.

Established in 1900, Austin Bank operates branches in 35 East Texas locations within 25 cities and 13 counties. Austin Bank is locally owned and operated by the Austin Family who is celebrating 112 years of service in the Texas banking industry.
