Jacksonville-based Austin Bank and the Montgomery Area Chamber held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the newest Austin Bank location in Montgomery. The July 20 ceremony was well attended by the Austin Bank leadership team, employees, Texas State Senator Robert Nichols, members of the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce, friends and area business leaders.
The Montgomery office—located on Hwy. 105 at 107 Old River Rd.—is under the leadership of Jed Crow, senior vice president/market president, and Leigh Gilland, retail office manager.
“As we continue our expansion into Southeastern Texas and Montgomery, we are extremely pleased with the leadership of Jed and Leigh,” says Jeff Austin III, chairman. “They are leading a strong team implementing the community banking experience that has been our foundation for the past 120 years.”
Established in 1900, Austin Bank has been voted one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Texas” for 13 consecutive years.
