Here are the latest regulatory agency transactions regarding Texas bank applications—including new charters, mergers and acquisitions, and the establishment and relocation of bank branches—as filed with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Texas Department of Banking (TDB), Federal Reserve Board of Dallas (FRBD) and the Federal Insurance Deposit Corp. (FDIC):

Home Offices

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by Fidelity Bank of Texas, based in Waco, to relocate its home office from 1901 Lakeshore Dr. in Waco to 24030 US-84 in Waco.

Branches

The OCC reports that JPMorgan Chase Bank NA, based in Columbus, Ohio, has established a branch at 2745 Fort Worth Hwy. in Hudson Oaks.

The TDB reports that it has approved an application by First State Bank, based in Gainesville, to establish a branch at 409 W. Main St., Ste. 201, in Round Rock.
