Corpus Christi-based American Bank welcomes Stephen Jukes as senior commercial lending officer. He will work with the bank’s Houston team.
He has nearly 40 years of commercial banking and financial services experience. Prior to joining American Bank, Jukes served as executive vice president/corporate banking manager at CommunityBank of Texas NA. He has also worked at Frost Bank, as well as Capital City Bank and First Union National Bank in Georgia.
Jukes earned his BBA degree from the University of Texas–Austin. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.
Established in 1970, American Bank has 13 locations in the Texas communities of Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Corpus Christi, Port Aransas, Rockport, Goliad and Victoria.
