Affiliated Bank Promotes Williams to Director of Residential Finance

Stacy WilliamsArlington-based. Affiliated Bank recently promoted Stacy Williams to director of residential finance. He joined the bank in 2007 and has more than 20 years of corporate banking, residential development and construction experience throughout North Texas and the surrounding markets.

Williams holds a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and earned his MBA degree in finance from the University of Texas–Arlington. An active community leader, Williams presently serves as chairman of the board of the Arlington/Mansfield Area YMCA, sits on the Mansfield Mission Center board and is a member of the finance committee at First Baptist Arlington, where he devotes his time to teaching students.

“Stacy’s proven record in creating a win-win makes him the perfect fit for this position,” says Carl Cravens, chief lending officer. “We are looking forward to seeing him lead this line of business throughout our markets. Builder finance has always been and will continue to be a vital part of Affiliated Bank’s success.”

Established in 1959, Affiliated Bank has more than $1.1 billion in total assets and operates five branches in Arlington, Bedford, Fort Worth, Garland and Round Rock. The bank also has seven mortgage locations in Arlington, Brownwood, Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Round Rock and Waco, as well as a dedicated SBA office in Arlington.
