Durant, Oklahoma-based First United Bank has appointed Justin Sanderson to serve as chief transformation officer. Officing in Plano, he will lead the bank’s enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on growth, innovation and customer experience. Sanderson will focus on aligning strategy and technology. He will work across business lines to drive initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen engagement and position the organization for long-term growth.
Sanderson brings extensive experience in digital transformation, customer strategy and organizational change. Before his promotion, he served in a senior leadership role at First United Bank, leading marketing and digital initiatives, and helping shape the bank’s brand and customer engagement strategy. Prior to joining First United, Sanderson held leadership roles in consulting and financial services, including positions with global firms focused on customer growth, analytics and digital strategy.

Sanderson holds degrees from Baylor University and the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
